He brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every session, with the ability to breakdown the game to help develop technical skills and build confidence. Ava loves her  1-2-1 sessions with Tosh, his sessions are always challenging and fun. She has improved so much under his guidance.

We can't recommend Tosh,highly enough! The training sessions provided for our Crosby Stuart Under 15 girls' team have been exceptional. Tosh is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, creating an evironment that fosters both technical development and tactical understanding. Each session is enjoyable, engaging, challenging, and tailored to our players' needs, helping them grow both individually and as a team. The improvement in their confidence and performance on the pitch has been remarkable.

“It was our absolute pleasure to host Tosh for a coach development day at Cumbernauld Colts. 

On the day, Tosh had coaches of all ages and experiences absolutely captivated by his stories, analogies and ideas in the classroom session. Once we went out on the pitch I was in awe of the way that Tosh built respect, rapport and confidence in the group of players. The lads were mixed ability, ranging from U13s to U15s, but Tosh had them eating out the palm of his hand.

The key lessons I took away were the enthusiasm and connection in Tosh’s delivery, and the detail that he was able to pass on to the players in a clear and understandable way.

Cumbernauld Colts would love to have Tosh back again in the future for another in-service.
