Tosh Farrell Soccer provides a proven coaching methodology for developing soccer players that enables them to reach their maximum potential. Keeping in step with the modern games demands, the program's foundation is built on a holistic ages and stages curriculum that exposes players to every aspect of a true player development mode, including technique, speed, agility and game understanding ensuring that players are taught the physical, mental and social skills to succeed.
Tosh Farrell, a member of the Professional Football Coaches Association is described, arguably, to be one of the foremost exponent of youth coaching in the game. He is the former Head of International Football Development and Technical Coordinator at the English Premier Club Everton FC. Tosh has spent 13 years developing his Soccer Development Methodology at one of the leading youth academies in the world, helping develop numerous players who have gone on to represent Everton FC 1st team. These players include Wayne Rooney,Ross Barkley, Jack Rodwell, Callum McManaman. The EPL's youngest ever goal scorer, James Vaughan (age 16yrs 270 days) and the youngest player ever to represent Everton in the premier league Jose Baxter (age 16 yrs,191 days)
Simon Clifford, founder of Brazilian Futebol de Salão schools in England lauded him as "light years ahead of anyone else".
“The key to the success of the development centers, though, lies in Tosh's knowledge, experience and understanding of the right way to develop soccer excellence in young players. Like all coaches he likes to win but his focus is exclusively on the process of development – he knows if he gets this right the score will take care of itself.” - Bill Beswick M.Ed. Former sports psychologist to Manchester United, Middlesbrough and the England National Team.
Howard Wells, IFA Chief Executive was equally impressed with him. "Tosh Farrell is one of the most inspirational coaches of young players I have seen. He literally had the children eating out of his hand. The most important ingredient is the investment into coaches and coach education."
