We believe that high-performance athletic development should never come at the expense of academic achievement. Our dual-career model is engineered specifically so players can excel in both the classroom and on the pitch without having to choose between the two.

• 100% Protected Academic Timetable: Your Sixth Form studies are sacred. Full attendance in A-Level or BTEC Level 3 classes, revision sessions and coursework drop in hours are completely protected during normal school hours.
• Dedicated 4:00 PM Pitch Start: Training, Strength & Conditioning, and performance sessions begin only after the academic school day finishes. No missed lessons, no early dismissals and no rushing between sites.
• Integrated Academic Tracking: Our coaching team works hand in hand with Chesterfield High's Sixth Form tutors. Academic progress is monitored regularly to ensure coursework deadlines and target grades remain on track throughout the season.

• Eligibility: Year 11 Leavers / Girls aged 16–18 across Sefton & Merseyside.
• Qualifications: Full A-Level and Vocational BTEC pathways at Chesterfield High.
• Timetable: Dedicated post-classroom start (4:00 PM).
• Location: Chesterfield High School & The Liverpool Ramblers AFC.
